  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, some items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Opened bath & body products for hygiene reasons
    • Digital products, e-books, and downloads
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Refunds

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
